Design philosophy:

This cabinet adopts20foot high cube container, with air outlet on the top and air inlet at thetail end;

The water tank adoptsdisconnect-type heat-resistant radiator, the air intake system uses two sets oflow noise fans, and the interior of the tank is designed with air exhaustingduct;

Built-in muffler,separated air filter;

Built-in 1,000L oiltank, external oil filler;

Comprehensive analysis is conducted with CAE/NVH/CFD software toensure reliable structure inside the cabinet, low vibration noise and smoothfluid ventilation.

The cabinet usesprofessionally prepared wall materials specific to different acoustic spectrumand acoustic pressure bands after comprehensive analysis of CAE/NVH/CFDsoftware, and is made of high-quality sound-absorbing cotton, special dampingvibration attenuation and sound insulation paint, fixed sound insulation andvibration damping pad, metal damping sound barrier.


Technological innovationpoints:


1. Special cabinet structure design, filled withspecial sound insulation material within the cabinet, built-in positivepressure air-exhausting duct, the overall average noise of the cabinet can becontrolled below 65dBA.


2. Disconnect-type compartment design, with heat dissipationcompartment and power compartment separated independently, which is conduciveto reducing the effect of radiant heat of the engine compartment on theradiator.


3. Energy saving, low consumption,intelligent temperature-controlled radiator, and mechanical power can bereduced by75% compared with traditional fan cooling.

Compared with the traditionalengine-driven radiator, the mechanical power can be reduced by 50%. Throughintelligent computer setting, the radiator fan can be set to accurately controlits speed according to the water temperature of the engine, thus the result ofenergy saving and low consumption can be obtained, which can maximize theperformance of the unit and save a lot of diesel energy consumption.


4. The disconnect-typeengine intake system is more convenient for daily maintenance and can reducethe impact of the temperature rise of the power compartment on the inlettemperature of the filter.


5. Automaticlubricating oil supply system with large capacity is conducive to the long-termcontinuous operation of the unit.


6. Built-in large-capacitybase oil tank has both electronic & mechanical display liquid level and liquidlevel alarm function.


7. High-strength unitbase, in conjunction with the top of the oil tank designed with patterned steelplate, improves the safety of field operation of maintenance personnel andavoids sliding and falling.


9. The unithas the functions of automatic combination and remote start.

Applications:hospital, hotels, data center, high-end living area, large shopping mall andother places with high requirements for noise reduction.
