Solution
In the picturesque Maldives, a resort is enjoying the clean energy provided by SAONON's "PV System + Diesel Generator Set" microgrid system.
As the primary off-grid power source, this system combines the cleanliness of solar power with the stability of diesel generation, perfectly addressing the long-standing issues of high costs and pollution caused by the resort's reliance on diesel generators.
During sunny days, solar power can replace a significant portion of diesel generation, providing reliable electricity for the resort's daily operations. The CMS (Comprehensive Management System) monitors solar power generation in real time, prioritizing the use of solar power.
In cases of insufficient sunlight or adverse weather conditions, the system flexibly switches to diesel generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply for the resort. The CMS dynamically adjusts the output of the diesel generators based on load demand, avoiding energy waste.
All these complex management processes are presented in a simple and visual manner through the SCADA system, allowing users to manage energy anytime via SCADA.
